How can I save my relationship?

Here are my issues:
We’ve been together for 18 months. 
- I’ve been begging to go on dates for the past three months and we haven’t gone on one, 
He says we don’t have a lot of money yet he spends money on an app, weed, cigarettes
- he doesn’t listen to me when I’m talking, on his phone, constantly pulling him up on (2/3 times a night)
- if we spend time together it’s always at home
I’m scared I will have to end things because things aren’t changing

I just want to point out that we’re in the middle of a pandemic so it’s a lot harder to go out for dates. Otherwise he sounds pretty inconsiderate of you. Sit him down and straight up talk to him, maybe you need to make the effort to plan out some cheap dates, and if things still don’t change, leave that boy.

Life can be hard and sometimes just down right exhausting but it’s also beautiful too. You should have a partner that you can crack jokes with and laugh when life’s rough and that makes the world look like a never ending adventure when things are good. 
This relationship isn’t worth saving. Use it as a life lesson and never settle for anyone again. Know your worth.
