Help!!!

So for the last two nights I have been in bed trying to go to sleep and keep having the urge to pee and it’s only a little bit of pee every time. Like my bladder feels kinda full like every 5 min. I had sex like a week ago and am on the pill and have been for like 4 years. I have had a uti before this definitely doesn’t feel like that no burning no smell. Just constant urge to pee at night. ?? I look up what it might be and it’s a bunch of random stuff ?? And pregnancy comes up Anything like this happen to y’all ? What do I do ??!!!!!
