Did your husband have a bachelor party with tons of women/strippers?

How did you feel about it? Did you not want it to happen? Or did he attend a friends? What should I do if my husband to be intends to have one but I don’t want him to have one?

It’s a weird tradition! “The last day of the single life” it’s weird to me because if it’s the day before your wedding the last thing you should be doing is out lusting over other people. Its not the last day being single you’ve BEEN not single. It’s a backwards ass tradition TO ME. It’s like a cheat day to the relationship. The day before my wedding my man will be with me and not in a strip club! We actually had this conversation before and he feels the same thank goodness! Weird tradition, disrespectful to your partner.

My husband and his friends had a fire, grilled steaks, drank, played poker, and camped out on his best man’s property. We don’t like the stripper idea and don’t think it’s a good way to start a marriage. Most of our guy friends who get married usually do the poker night thing or go to a sporting event and bar afterward.

Where I live bachelor parties don’t center around strippers which is great because I’m not really comfortable with that “tradition”. I think you and your husband should just be open and honest, communicate your boundaries, and compromise if necessary.

His best man took him out to dinner and that was literally it. They were home (living together at the time) by 9 PM 😂

My husband and I got into it. I personally don’t like it “personal reasons” but I was at least okay with him going out, just not so much strippers etc. He was trying to go to Ibiza for a few days because that’s where his friends wanted to take him and I was like oh hellllll no. I said you know what if that’s what you want and that’s your last day as a “single” man when you’re not “single” you’re trying to go to the city of sex literally, I’m just gonna call it quits. I don’t want a man like that. I said to be quite honest I don’t want a marry you if you chose to have a bachelor party. I’m not giving you an ultimatum, I’ll still be with you I love you, but if marrying you means having one then I don’t want to ever get married. I don’t like it and don’t want a man to try and have one last outing as a single man before he commits his life. I’m just not on board. So we got into a huge fight. Well he turned 30 a month later and he’s like I don’t care about anything else but you I want to marry you tomorrow and we got married the next few days. He didn’t mention anything about a bachelor party and I asked if he’d like to have one and he said no. He said  I just want to be with you. So yea we got married and it’s been cool. We are like every other marriage with ups and downs but I just stand up for myself and he does do about boundaries and we communicate. That’s why we’re even here in the first place

My husbands bachelor party was a sausage fest 😂 just him, his close friends, our family friend/officiant, my dad and his dad. They went to a lake for the weekend & bro’d out hard. My bachelorette party was way worse 😬😬😬

He went to a strip club for his and friend’s too. I don’t care lol. It’s not his thing, he just went with friends. I went to a strip club for my friend’s too!
