Would you go???

Question

My little cousin invited me for their 18th bday party in few days and I don't know if I should go. I don't know how many people would be there but it's going to be in their house so I guess around 20 people.
I've never been to any party or do anything risky since covid started, I wear a mask all the time when I go out and I don't attend anything crowdy. And I haven't left my house in a month because of my college exams. 
Their family doesn't believe in covid at all so they don't really wear masks.
I live with my grandparents in late 70s. I don't care if I catch the covid but I don't want anything bad to happen to them especially now that even hospital beds are all occupied...
Would you go or not?
If not, what do I say?

You say you live with your grandparents who are high-risk and you cannot risk possibly getting covid and infecting them. Simple.

And this is why we can't get a handle on the damn covid cases. Selfish people who still continue to gather and party. Its a global PANDEMIC! All the friends and your cousin need a good swift kick in the ass if they think this is acceptable to hold a party right now. This infuriates me.

Number one i wouldn't go if u are living with ur grandparents they can get it and die from it , Number 2 u probably have no idea what would happen to u if u got covid , I wouldn't go cuz of covid period!!

It’s just common decency during these times to not be doing anything to increase your risks of contracting and spreading covid. So no I wouldn’t be going. I haven’t visited much family because they still go out and about wherever and are with others who go out and about, then they don’t wear masks around each other.  They’ve gotten covid, my bubble has not.
