How long did/does your baby nap at a time?

My 4 month olds longest naps are 45 min. Always between 20 min-45 min. I’m seeing many moms say their baby around same age takes 2 hour naps!!! She is awake a lot in the night but goes right back to sleep (we bed share, so she nurses and is back to sleep within a couple mins)
Is there anything I can do to help her nap longer??

Mine sleeps thru the night so she takes 3 20- 30 mins naps

Usually around 35min regardless of if he puts himself to sleep or if I rock him. Also doesn’t matter if he’s been awake 1.5hr or 3hr in between, the naps are still short. Drives me nuts LOL

My son's longest nap is 50 minutes. Sometimes he sleeps less...so I think it is normal

Just follow her cues yet ❤️ my son didn’t start napping over an hour at once until after a year

Extend wake windows between naps? They should consolidate soon though. Give her more awake time between and see if that helps.
