We were both each other's firsts and I wanted him to feel good, so I started faking orgasms. He has no idea... he thinks I always finish.
I can make myself orgasm with a vibe no issue but not any other way. I don't know how to tell him that I've only ever finished once... I'm so deep in the lie that I don't feel there is any way out.

Firstly, STOP. FAKING. ORGASMS!!!! I cannot stress this enough. It doesn’t help either of you! 
Secondly, communication. Communication. Communication! You need to be honest with him. Tell him that you absolutely love have sex with him but you’ve only had one orgasm and you’d like to try different things so that sex is amazing for both of you. Explain to him that most women need clitoral stimulation to come and that it often takes women longer than men to get there. Maybe introduce a bullet or something into your bedroom.
