Repeat Cholestasis mamas?

Anyone on here have Cholestasis more than once and have it not as bad in another pregnancy? I had it really bad with my first daughter (to the point of it being torturous) and I had it pretty early on so I suffered a long time with it. I’m obviously terrified that I have such a high chance of getting it again now that I’m 11 weeks pregnant with baby no. 2. My question is has anyone ever had it bad in one pregnancy and then the symptoms not be as bad in another pregnancy? I have noticed this past week that my urine is always darker than normal even when i drink a lot of water, and that was a symptom I did have last pregnancy. No itching right now but I’m wondering if maybe it just won’t be so bad this time. I’m gonna have my dr run labs just to be safe.
