Coffee?
I hardly drink coffee since I gave it up completley in my first pregnancy 3 years ago.
But this time around I'm feeling so tired and I'm craving coffee instead of tea in the mornings, I'm taking prenatals and get 6 hours minimum of sleep but I find myself almost in tears while dragging myself out of bed in the mornings I'm so tired. I wish I had more energy for my toddler.
Would caffeine be the answer or is there something else I should look into? I track my daily macros (maintenance not weight loss) and it shows my vitamin and mineral intake through food, as far as I'm aware, I'm getting enough 😢
