Is this my period coming back?

I miscarried dec 17 (5 weeks ago today). I’ve been having pregnancy symptoms this week but my test strips are coming back negative. Does this look like a regular period/spotting after a miscarriage?

That looks like spotting or IB. I had this on the 17th and it stopped on the 19th. I am now 3-4 days late for my actual period. Is it possible you conceived again? Im testing tonight to see 😰

Also if its IB it could take a few days after to see a positive result
