Ugggghhhh 😩

I seriously don't know what's going on with me lately. I have been getting constant headaches and migraines, nausea at random times, sore, tingly and fuller breasts, I am absolutely DRAINED no matter how much I sleep (if I'm able, that is) mood swings left and right, weird cravings, hot flashes and yet when I test it's negative 😔 I don't know whether to be discouraged or what. Just tested in fact and it was negative yet I feel similar to when I was pregnant with my daughter. Any advice?

UPDATE: still no aunt flow, more symptoms, and I got this when I went to the restroom a short time ago 😩
