Please help if you’ve ever remodeled

We recently were given an apartment by my fiancé’s dad. Oh boy does it need WORK. It has a dropped ceiling “hanging ceiling” and the tiles need replaced. Small hole in roof. No sink in bathroom ??? 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 needs ceiling tiles throughout. Floors are concrete... but we have flooring. Kitchen is bare except sink. We were given cabinets and countertops. The previous tenants were very messy. Where do we start?! Obviously the hole in the roof but what next?! Ugh 🙂🥲
