Never ending period

My periods are usually around 28 days apart and 6 days long, but my last period lasted almost two weeks and now I have been spotting the entirety of the month since my period ended (approx. 22 days). This is the first time it has happened, and I’ve tracked back to 2018. I’ve taken multiple pregnancy tests which have all been negative. No other body changes, just this never ending Satan’s waterfall. Any idea why my body is deciding a pandemic isn’t enough to face?
