Brown discharge

I get brown or black discharge everyday except for 1 week after my period. I herd it's fine and it's just old blood but it's starting to affect my sex life because it gross and can be messy after sex. Pluse I do not want my partner to go down on me because it gross and it's keeping me from being fun in the bedroom. Does anyone have any advice how to stop or hurry the old blood down and get rid of it ? Please help
