A night of no sleep and I'm miserable
I skipped a night of sleeping last week and I feel like I can't do anything about it now. I've been stressed about trying to go back to work (covid and tried to get my results to my boss) and my body just feels wrecked. I had trouble breathing a lot today and been having mood swings with my husband and I hate it. Is there anyway to stop it? I've also been having trouble sleeping
