Diarrhea and ovulation/stress?
So I’m close to ovulating and I’ve been experiencing soft/loose stool
I’ve also been under a lot of stress these past few days
Could this be from ovulation or stress or a mix of both? Thabks
(My stomach doesn’t hurt, just mild gas and cramps and I’m usually only passing stool once a day )
