Hand Foot and Mouth?

Do you think this looks like HFMD, we had a video consult on Friday and I sent the doctor pictures who said it looks like it is. BUT he hasn’t been around anyone who has it or had it recently. No one at daycare has it and he hasn’t been anywhere other than the dentist 12 days ago.

He started with what was diagnosed as croup last weekend, he was tested for Covid to be safe and was Negative, he’s still really sick, coughing, runny nose, congested. Miserable.

He developed this rash on his hands and face 4 days after his “cold” started, nothing in his feet though. He has what I thought was a sore on his tongue but it looks to be gone now, but he won’t let me see in his mouth no matter how hard I try, so I can’t confirm if he has any. He’s not eating much, mostly drinking fluids.
