Growth spurt??

My 7week old has been sooo sleepy. Yesterday he was awake about an hr to play and then every 3-4 hrs to eat during the day. Last night he was awake a lot more than usual to eat, but just ate and went right back to sleeping. This morning we gave him a bath and he was wide awake and then played for a little bit. Since then though he’s been the same. Super sleepy and only awake to eat. His temp is fine and he’s not acting any different, just wants to sleep.

Is he going through a growth spurt or should I be more concerned?
