So I’ve been seeing this guy pretty seriously for 3 months. It’s been pretty much picture perfect until now. I was talking to one of my girlfriends (who is also close with his Ex (it’s a small town)) about him and she told me that the other day he text his ex gf asking her to come over and telling her he missed her. My friend said his ex sent her screenshots and everything but didn’t show me. We just made it official about 2 weeks ago and we’re now exclusive, this supposed happened around the same time. I don’t know how to ask him about it without feeling like I’m starting something (thanks to past relationships). I need advice on how I can approach the topic.

We’re supposed to go on a 3 day romantic vacation in 2 weeks for his birthday/Valentine’s day. I’ve met his entire family and he’s told all his friends about me. So I don’t if I should believe my GF but then again why would she lie to me, unless it was to protect her other friend.
