Sensitive skin: 3 month old

My baby has extremely sensitive skin. No matter what I bathe him in he gets bumps all over unless I use the Triamcinolone cream prescribed by his doctor. This cream can’t be used on a daily basis because it causes skin discoloration. Any ideas/suggestions on what to use to avoid the break outs?

Things I’ve used without cream that didn’t help:

Aquaphor

Aveeno baby soap/lotion

Dove baby eczema lotion

Aveeno eczema lotion

Dove sensitive baby soap

Baby Vaseline
