HELP PLEASE!!!

I am worrying so bad.. I had a ultrasound done at 5 weeks. (Picture attached) and blood work. My hcg was 6,068. I just got a call from my doctor and he wants me to come in Thursday the 28th instead of my original appt on feb 4th to have another ultrasound bc he didn’t know my hcg would be so high. Should I be concerned?? Can someone offer me some type of relief bc I am worried.
