I accidentally ended up involved with 2 guys

I haven’t been involved with anyone in 2 years and recently I decided to get back into the dating game. I met a guy from an app and we ended up really hitting it off and continued hanging out. Then I went out to dinner with a friend from college. When he was driving me home, he mentioned that he thought it was a date. Since I wasn’t super involved with the first guy and I like my friend a lot, I figured I would give it a shot. Now I’m somehow seeing both and I’m feeling a little guilty about it even though I never mentioned being exclusive to either. Does anyone have advice on how to deal with it?
