BLOOD? From masturbating??

Guysssss usually I only masturbate with my clit but the last 3 times I used a dildo (each time was months apart from each other) I bled!! The first time when I took it out it was bloody cum. Thought I might have been too rough or something. Second time it was liquid like just plain BLOOD and it was dripping off it 😰 a lot of it!! Scary af!!. That was months ago. This time I took it out a few times in the process to check and I was fine but once it started to feel good I took it out and BLOOD. Why???! Could it be cervical cancer?? Or what else could it be??? I’m really worried cause also when I’m on my period my right ovary hurts really bad but my doctor said that was fine 🙄 she didn’t do any type of tests or anything but.

(Also, note I’m not on my period and there’s no chance I’m pregnant at all)
