Advice pls

So me and my friend used to be a thing until I pushed him away but weve been talking on and off for a while and hooking up but recently for the past week we got into one pitty argument and now he won’t text me. Oh and he left me on read so I gave up lol but like he’s always the first to view my story right when I post, and i wanna go back to when we were almost serious but I don’t understand why he’s ghosting me, somebody gimme advice please
