Bleeding discharge, help!

My period was nearly 2 weeks ago and lasted 4 days however since then I’ve had bloody discharge that does not stop, not once. So about 10 days since end of period of continued

bloody discharge and wearing a liner daily with blood. Usually it would occur just a day or 2 but has been non stop this month. Thoughts? Obviously it’s hard to get an appointment right now unless emergent and even then it’s hard. I’m getting concerned. All advice is appreciated.
