How to deal with quarantine stress?
It’s almost been a year since I’ve left my house, seen any of my friends ext. I lost all my friends and haven’t talked to anyone in weeks besides my family I live with. I just sit in my room all day sleeping and doing online schoolwork. Idk how to deal with this anymore. It seems like it will never end and I want things to go back to the way they where, but at the same time thinking about going back into the real world and doing daily things and seeing people again gives me so much anxiety.
