6 months PP with a prolapse

Anyone else experiencing a prolapse of some sort after having their LO? Just found out that I have an overactive bladder from my urologist. I think she mentioned also sa rectal prolapse, but I'm not sure. Was just thrown a lot of info at me right away. Prescribed a OAB medicine and told to do kegel exercises. Any good instagram or youtube pages to follow for some exercises to do? I feel so overwhelmed right now and embarrassed. Trying not to beat myself up over it. Glad baby girl is our last child.
