Vaginal cysts?

I just went to the doctor not even a week ago now to get a pelvic exam and a Pap smear done. My results all came back good, no issues at all. I mentioned I felt a cyst IN THE CENTER of my vaginal opening. She said oh this? Okay yeah I see it. But then when she looked with the speculum she said oh no it’s actually on the right side so it’s a Bartholin cyst. I no longer feel a cyst on the right wall but yet again I feel it dead center on my vaginal opening. Am I stupid and just not understanding how this works? Im just frustrated it’s still there and although she gave me an answer I just feel like maybe she was wrong.
