Brown discharge at 6 weeks 2 days

I’m 6 weeks 2 days today and every evening for the last 3 nights, I’ve had a tiny bit of brown discharge. It’s only when I wipe and generally only the one wipe. It completely stops after that, is not there when I wake up, and the happens again once in the evening. I had an ectopic in September but I’ve confirmed placement and my hcg has risen appropriately. Anyone else experience it, especially in this weird intermittent pattern?
