How to Negotiate My New Salary??
My position within a corporate job was eliminated and merged into the corporate office as of December 2020.
I interviewed for an even more complex role but one that I qualify for and they emailed me an offer exactly $10k less than what I was making. I did not apply to this job. My resume was posted online and they contacted me. I have 96 hours to accept.
Not trying to compare or to sound ungrateful (because my previous role was eliminated Unexpectedly but also that I worked from home). How can I appropriately ask for a salary match?
Understandably with Covid, things have been up and down in all industries. However with cost of living and the alike, I'd really like to bring in close to or at what I was making. I hold 2 degrees in Business, Project Management, and Human Resources. I have well above average experience.
I could really use some tips on how to negotiate my current offer.
Thanks y'all.

To add: this role will require more travel(unable to work from home) and longer hours (example the usual 8-5 is expected to be 7-7 or later) . Doing my research within the industry, the salary is nowhere close to what the company or average salary is.
