IUD for 3 weeks

Hello

I got the mirena almost 3 weeks ago... had the cranking and spotting almost initially. It went away maybe for 4 days and since then I have been bleeding!!! Not like a full period but enough to fill a liner and have to change it almost every 2-3 hours.

When will the bleeding stop? Just kind of aggravated with it?

Has this happened to anyone else?
