What snacks do you suggest for morning sickness?
I have been getting MS in early morning and late evening. I have crackers by my bed and I munch on them before getting up and at night. I also have been having small amounts of applesauce. We need to get more bananas from the store. I have been drinking water and powerade, but the morning sickness had still been a struggle. I hate ginger and peppermint (and I know they are recommended for MS). Any other good options?
