Anyone suffer from vertigo during pregnancy?

I had an episode of vertigo tonight - second night in a row now. What helps you?? How can I avoid having episodes of dizziness? Last night I was laying down. Tonight I was baking cookies. So there hasn’t been a trigger for it.

If it corresponds with tilting your head then consult your doctor. Could be positional vertigo.

Yes and I still have it 4 months PP😫
I had babies two years in a row so I know I just need time to heal.
This is random, but my step mom would never go on any ride when we were at a theme park.  She would always say after she had a baby he whole equilibrium changed.  I never understood until now.  I totally get what she means.  I would be in no shape to get bumped around on a roller coaster right now 😂
