Stomach aches ?

I’m 16 weeks and 2 days ! I’ve been having stomach aches ! I never had them like this during my pregnancy it’s more so upper stomach pain ! It’s some cramping as well ! Anybody has or had this and know what it is ? I’m thinking maybe I’m not drinking enough water
