Dominant follicle but Negative OPKs
My US on Friday showed a dominant follicle measuring 15mm, based on this my doctor said I should ovulate by Sunday. As of Saturday noon my OPKs are still negative. I'm going to check again in the evening but is it possible to have a dominant follicle and still not ovulate?
