When is the earliest you can know you aren’t pregnant?

Okay this might be a weird question and maybe I’m just uneducated in this department.. but I’m about 3dpo, is it possible to know you aren’t pregnant at that point? I get a whiff of this ￼sort of strong maybe iron smell coming from down there as early as yesterday (2dpo). What happens to our bodies at this point in our cycle? Could this be an extremely early sign that I’m not pregnant? Cause I definitely consider it that but maybe I’m just being paranoid. Also typically my nipples will start getting tender on 4dpo.

The very very earliest implantation of the fertilized egg can happen is 6 days after ovulation, and that’s rare. 80% of women implant on 9-10 days after ovulation.
Even after implantation has happened it takes another 2-4 days for your body to start producing pregnancy hormones that would give you pregnancy symptoms and a positive pregnancy test.
So at the very earliest, you can’t be pregnant or have pregnancy symptoms until 8-10 days after ovulation at the earliest.

There’s no early signs for not being pregnant. Pregnancy symptoms and pms symptoms are the same and that’s why it’s hard to tell them apart. Quickest you can know is if and when you get your period.

If fertilized, +5-7 days for egg to multiply & multiply to grow into a blastocyte and developed enough to attach to uterus
Once attached, signal gets triggered "pregnant" so body doesn't prep for menstruation 
+2-4 days for hcg levels to rise to show up on pregnancy test 
Unfortunately, pregnancy, pms and ovulation symptoms are all controlled by the same hormones, so it's hard to determine the difference. But in your case, way too early to know/not know
