Newborn sleep

She won’t sleep. I tried walking around with her. I changed her (she pooped and then later peed). I have been feeding her nonstop for 4 hours now. I am breastfeeding and if I hand express I am getting milk so I’m assuming she is too. I have tried soothing noises for babies, holding her, changing our position... nothing is working. Help? What could be making her so upset? It’s 4 am and I have gotten no sleep at all. Update: Today is our first day home, she is 3 days old. She does keep farting?
