Could I be pregnant?

I had unprotected sex sept 10 . He did not finish. everytime we had sex after that we used a condom. I haven't had sex since sept 24th, I did get my period later that month. I have irregular periods but I'm on cycle day 41 right now and still no period. this past week I feel like I've been cramping a couple of times.what do you guys think ?
