Im confused, am i pregnant?

I took this morning a PT since its 3 days before this month ended and i haven't got my period (irregular but never skips months) the test came up with a faint positive. Later on i started spotting and at the end of the night it became lightly bleeding. I've never been in this situation not even with my first pregnancy sonow im comfused and stressed because i don't know if im pregnant or not. What's wrong? What should i do? I've been TTC For 8 months. This is the closest we've gotten!!
