Should I go to the ER?

I’m six days late and have been getting faint lines for four days now. They have not been getting darker, I’ve been spotting (brown since missing af but pink after sex) and cramping like af is coming.

We’ve been trying for 14 months (2nd clomid cycle) and this is our first time getting positives but I’m getting discouraged. I reached out to my doctors office but no one has contacted me to make an appointment. If something is wrong I want to make sure I’m on top of it. Has anyone been in this situation? Is it worth an ER trip? I’m starting to stress myself out.
