Any chance?

I only document when we have sex during my fertile days. This past month, there were only two days. I took a positive ovulation test and then we had sex immediately after. That was the second day logged. Do y’all think I have a chance? I’ve been feeling exhausted, breast tenderness, aversion to smells so I’m wondering if I should take a test today. Just curious of others thoughts that are more experienced with TTC. With my first baby, it happened immediately so I’m feeling a little unsure.
