Bloodwork says I didn’t ovulate exactly 7 days ago, do you think I still could’ve ovulated? Explanation below

I feel like they’re insinuating I could still get a positive pregnancy test right?

So the reason I think I could have is because I didn’t get the blood draw until 5 days after my peak positive opk. Meaning I could have only ovulated 4 days before the blood draw meaning 3.9 isn’t that bad of a number for only 4 days after? My blood draw last month was only 1.4!

I might be reaching but I was really hopeful this month because it’s my first round of letrozole 5mg after having two failed clomid cycles within the past 2 years of TTC.
