wtf is happening ?

i was laying down and my bf came over to kiss me and i think it was too hard or made my tooth hit the inside of my lip maybe bc after i felt blood rushing to my lip and it felt warm like swelling was about to start it didn’t hurt tho. i’m confused as to why it’s so swollen right now ?

i don’t think it’s allergic reaction i only ate chipotle today.
