Ultrasound help! Please tell me I’m not having twins

I was re-watching a video that I took during my 8.5 week transvaginal ultrasound and I am shook. I am terrified that I just saw a second sac complete with gummy bear baby. My midwife and I were talking during this time and looking at each other, so that’s why I didn’t notice it before and perhaps why she didn’t notice it— it was literally on the screen for a second!

Could it be a mirror image of my uterus and embryo? I’m so scared because I already have one 18 month old and just can’t imagine having twins right now. Any ultrasound techs want to help me out and let me know how silly I’m being? 😩😅

The first picture is a print out of Baby “A” that my midwife gave me. The second picture is a still picture from the video of Baby “A”’ during my transvaginal ultrasound. The third picture is a still picture from what I pray isn’t Baby “B” during my transvaginal ultrasound.
