Should I buy the mira fertility?

Ok so basically my cycles are what you might say 'normal'. I always know when I ovulate by temping and opks and my periods are clockwork (or at least late by not more than a day). The thing is we've been TTC for more than a year now (I have also miscarried at 10 weeks because it was a bligjted ovum). We both did our tests and all seems well.

Basically I would be buying Mira just for the sake of doing something different which might end wit a bfp. What do you guys think? Or is there something else that might help us? Thank you guys!
