How much is your 2 month old taking in?

She usually takes 3 oz every few hrs but today she has been eating 1.5-2oz every 2 hrs. Not sure if I'm just confusing her hunger cues. I want to get her to take less bottles and I heard feeding schedule is good to start with.

She may be going through a growth spurt and that is why she is eating more often. If that is the case your can’t really do a feeding schedule and will have to go to feed on the demand.

7 weeks tomorrow, he’s been eating 4 oz every 2 -3 hours since like 3 weeks. He’s starting to want more I think, too. Fussy ALL day and eating every 2 hours instead of 3. His last feed I fed him 2 extra oz cuz he wouldn’t stop crying and he went right to sleep. No spit up or anything 🤷🏼‍♀️

My 7 week old usually wants 3oz every 3 hoursbut the last couple days he has also been doing 3 oz every 2 hours. We tried to increase his bottles to 4 oz but he wont finish it. So, growth spurt it is.
