Opinions please....about relationship behavior ...

I have a question because I am just generally curious as to what your opinions would be so I’m married and my husband had my married name in his phone as his contact maybe a couple weeks ago and then tonight I realized that he switched my name to my maiden name I’m curious as to what reason you think there will be behind that or if you were in that situation what was the reason why you did it... I did ask him why he changed my married name to my maiden name in his phone and he didn’t have a really good explanation he just said that that’s my name and I said no it’s not because we’re married.... I feel like if he switched it because he was angry about something that he would automatically say that, right?
