Does anyone have tips for loading weight while pregnant?
I was about 70lbs overweight when I got pregnant. I’ve gone from 230lbs to 211 in 3lbs months.
It wasn’t intentional weight loss. I think it was just the way my body has responded to appetite change in pregnancy.
I don’t workout at all. I’m thinking of starting to go for a 30 minute walk everyday with my husband.
My OB seems happy about me losing weight.
I’m 16 weeks pregnant now and really want to loss another 11lbs before I start gaining anything from pregnancy.
I’m really hoping my post pregnancy weight will fall around 190lbs
