Infant rash? Advice please!

Question

My son is 1 month and has had this rash for about three days now. We did have a sleepover at my mom’s house when it began. Does anyone know if it is a reaction to something? Should I make an appointment? I’ve been trying to wait it out to see if it will start to heal up but doesn’t seem to be getting better nor worse. No fever or other signs along with it. Thank you!!

It honestly looks like baby acne but it very well could be a contact issue such as laying on a blanket that was washed in a different detergent than what you normally use. Wipe the face with warm water and a wash cloth and see how it is in a day or two. Baby acne is weird in that one day it will look good or almost gone and then the next day look terrible. At least that's how it was for my girl and her doctor said it was normal. You could always call the nurses line and ask if you're worried! No shame in calling to ask. You know your baby best
