Me and my boyfriend have been together for some years now and we have been trying to conceive for about a year now and sadly nothing.. My cycle has been like 1 week or 2 weeks late sometimes but my cycle still comes on. At this point I’m starting to lose hope.￼

Contact you doctor so they can do blood work to check your hormones. Also, they will say use ovulation test and temping. If it has been a year then they might give you clomid to make you ovulate if you have irregular periods. I was in the same position. All my blood work came out good, no infections, no STDs, I don't drink caffeine, I workout, and I'm down to 8 cigs a day. I was at a pack a day. Now my doctor told me either it's my tubes or my husband's sperm. So, in a week I have an appointment to do a hsg to check my tubes and a week in a half to check his sperm. Doctors will definitely run test and most likely find out what the problem is.
