Don’t pump and dump! No need. Even if you pump and don’t ‘trust’ it, use it for other things. Or even mix with milk from before drinks. I never pumped and drank quite often. I would never dump. Also alcohol strips that they sell don’t work. 
I always nurses then drank then nurses ~2-3 hours later

Alcohol in pregnancy goes straight to baby’s blood stream but in milk it enters at the same percentage as blood alcohol levels so like 0.1% of your milk would be alcohol if you have had quite a few drinks. I think a blood alcohol of 0.2% would mean you could die so it’s very low levels.
The only worry is safety that you don’t fall asleep whilst feeding or anything like that. 
Also it helps to start a drink during a feed then it won’t be in your system until the next feed. If there’s a big gap like 2-3 hours you should be clear of alcohol in your system anyway if only one drink

You don’t need to dump. Would recommend you pump prior and not have more than 2 drinks. Your breast milk should be safe after 2 hours have passed.
